Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


  • You have the standard EU 2-Year Guarantee on all products bought from Visionary Studio.
  • You have 14 calendar days to return/cancel an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must not have been used (Downloaded, Played or otherwise used).
  • Pre-Order Purchases are a non-refundable deposit.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your purchased item is a digital item we will check if the product has been used or downloaded. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

If your purchase is a pre-order purchase, you pay a non-refundable deposit amount, this means that you are not eligible for a refund of that order, the purpose for this is that the money spent on pre-orders are directly put into development, hence the money might not be recoverable. You will receive your item when the game is released. You will however be eligible for a full refund if the game does not get completed or development is halted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
